We offer yoga classes at all levels and for all goals. Contact us today if you need help picking a class.

  • Integrated Hatha Yoga= A Hatha Yoga class that really emphasizes the "doing and being" components of our Asana practice. This class focuses on Breath work , concentration on alignment, Mindful and deliberate movements in and out of the postures , all while experiencing deep relaxation within movement.
  • Yin- A relaxing approach to yoga, including 3-5 minute holds  in poses supported by props. This is a grounding restorative practice focusing on stretching the deeper connective tissues in the body to improve flexibility while also calming the central nervous system using long slow breaths. This is recommended as a complement to any vinyasa practice or active lifestyle. All levels are welcome!
  • Posture of Consciousness- A contemporary approach to the most traditional form of the yoga practice. Moving from the practice of Hatha Yoga to the practice of Raja Yoga , utilizing breath work and meditation techniques while refining the architecture of your asanas    (postures). Followed by meditation practices that induce a state of deep, but conscious relaxation.
  • Vinyasa-For students with a strong ongoing practice. A Vinyasa flow class designed to be more rigorous with speed, creative sequencing, subtle alignment and/or intensive variations of poses. This class will offer the next level of challenging pose variations, dynamic sequencing, and deeper exploration of yoga's more subtle practices. Students in this class should already be familiar with how to modify poses to suit the needs of their practice.
  • Hatha Flow-A mindful, slowly paced yoga class that incorporates conscious flowing of breath with movement of the body. This class is appropriate for beginners and students who are looking for a more gentle and focused approach. The challenge in this class is from awareness of movement that is slow and focused.
  • Yoga Kurunta- is a method of performing a variety of asanas with the help of a rope to enable the student to attain accuracy, agility and balance.
  • Chair Yoga-  This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or using a chair for support during standing poses. Chair yoga is especially suitable for older adults, people with balance or coordination issues, and those with disabilities 

Vedic Thai Bodywork

Vedic Thai Bodywork-Assisted Yoga Thai-Yoga sessions inspire the soul and tranquilize the body.

Flowing rhythmic compressions using the feet, knees, palms, elbows, forearms and fingers are blended with exotic stretching positions known as asanas and disciplined breath control known as pranayama, effectively producing a balanced and harmonious symbiotic communication integrating the body’s vital systems, including mechanical- musculoskeletal, electrical-neural, chemical-glandular.
